We recognise that this is one of the most important decisions as parents or carers, you will ever have to make. However, you can be rest assured that our school will offer your child a nurturing, encouraging and safe environment to learn, achieve and grow academically, spiritually, physically and emotionally from Kindergarten to Year 6.
How to enrol in a Catholic school
To enrol your child at St Columba’s, simply click the button above to download an enrolment package. Complete the enrolment form and provide all required documentation directly to the school when applying for enrolment.
Applicants are asked to attend an interview with the Principal. Interviews begin in Term 1, and continue through Terms 2 and 3 depending on applications received.
Parents/carers receive offer of a place at the school in writing in Term 3.
Orientation for students will be held in Term 4.
When is the enrolment period?
St Columba’s accepts enrolments at any time of the school year and you are encouraged to enquire about any availabilities should you wish to have your child attend a our school mid-way through the year.
Enrolments for Kindergarten in the following year open in Catholic Schools Week.
How old does my child need to be to enrol in Kindergarten?
Children who turn five years old on or before May 31 are eligible for enrolment into Kindergarten for that year.
Does my child need to be Catholic to attend a Catholic school?
